Shipping & Delivery Conditions

While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or any third parties. Once an order has been shipped, the responsibility for the package transfers to you, the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, so you can monitor your package in real time.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

BlackMask is not responsible for stolen packages once they have been marked as “Delivered” by the courier. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location.
